SugarNote is a personal blood glucose tracking app developed by Shrimp Software.

Information We Collect

SugarNote allows users to record blood glucose levels, HbA1c values, meals, exercise status, food photos, medication reminders, and glucose check reminders.

SugarNote does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with Shrimp Software or third parties. The information entered by users is stored locally on the user’s device.

Photos

If users add food photos, those photos are stored locally on the device as part of the app record. SugarNote does not upload photos to any external server.

Notifications

SugarNote may request permission to send local notifications for glucose check reminders and medication reminders. These notifications are generated locally on the device.

Subscriptions

SugarNote offers an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription purchases and billing are processed by Apple through the App Store. SugarNote does not collect or store payment information.
